WahanaConsultants.com is an Indonesia based company specializing in development and implementation of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems.

The idea for our company was born out of the realization that most companies could be improved: some are inefficient, some disappoint their customers, some have an unpleasant work environment, some conduct business unethically, some resist change, and so on.

About the Author

An expert in ISO 9000 quality management systems, Tristanto Wahono is well known for his down-to-earth interpretation of the ISO 9000 standard, his ability to simplify, and his keen business sense. "It has to make business sense! Always ask how each aspect of your ISO 9000 system helps improve your business; if your answer is not convincing, your ISO 9000 system needs help!"

As ISO 9000 Project Manager and later as Manager for Quality and Best Practices, Tristanto Wahono has been developing and implementing ISO 9000 quality management systems since 1999. Working in the many kind of manufacturing industry, Tristanto Wahono achieved ISO 9000 certification for several overseas offices and production facilities in Indonesia.

Over thirteen years of experience in ISO quality system environments. Worked for companies and job shops in various quality management positions.

Extensive experience in assisting companies implement and obtain certification to the appropriate standard of the ISO based Quality Management System through a self-developed multi phase approach.

Extensive experience with corrective action systems and identification and repair of systemic deficiencies.

Extensive experience as a problem solver for supplier quality assurance and manufacturing processes.

Experience in greater than five different manufacturing environments.

Performed more than fifty supplier audits as a lead auditor, auditor or as an audit team member.

ISO Certified Auditor / Lead Auditor.

During his career in the quality and ISO 9000 field, Tristanto Wahono has written numerous manuals and procedures. The products offered on this website reflect his latest and very best.

With a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tristanto Wahono spent several years in Japanese and European companies. His last education is Masters Degree (MM) in Operational Management. The rest is history.
